Shihan's background and knowledge:
Shihan Scott Collins is a Yondan 4th degree black belt in Okinawan Kempo. Has been training for 30 years, in many different styles of martial arts, such as; Tai Chi(Xang), Five Animal Kung Fu, Ju Jitsu, Shotokan Karate, Goju, Muya Tai, Combat Sombo, Pilipino Arts and Tae Kwan Do.
Shihan has been involved in competition for 16 years and in 1995, he won the Canada Cup in Men's Heavyweight black belt division.Other awards achieved over the last few years have been such as; 2008 WFMA Black Belt Championship, 2009 WFMA Championship, 2009 Bushite Award; and the 2009 Soke's Award. Shihan Collins has been teaching now for 18 years, and still trains and expands his own knowledge, with E&T Martial Arts under the watchful eye of Professor Mc Gluaglan; and Renshi Kassama. Currently Shihan is the Canadian President of the World Bushite Federation. A great resposibility that is not taken lightly by Shihan or his Dojo.
